there is a small outside area with a table, chairs, and the BBQ grill all behind the carriage house that is private for you to use. The main outdoor yard is 100% available to you too but it is shared with the main house.
safe and plenty of street parking any time of day/week. You enter the property through the main property's gate/driveway but never have to interact with anyone to enter.
Super quiet and private neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance.
we will not do leases or long-term, this place is only available for temporary renters since we need to keep it available for our own use.
*Pricing is set a little lower because unfinished landscaping makes the outside not very pretty to look at and a tad messy until we finish all the planting/sod work. FYI.
